Come to Weatherford for the Parker County Peach Festival

Parker County Peach Festival
Peach Festival Power!

Every year, Historic Downtown Weatherford comes to life for the annual Parker County Peach Festival, a massive one-day event that attracted over 45,000 visitors in 2015. For 2016, the peach festival is coming up quick on Saturday, July 9th, and features over two hundred activities, arts & crafts, and food vendors in addition to live music, the Peach Pedal Bike Ride, and the “42” Domino Tourney. The peach festival always takes place on the second Saturday in July in Weatherford, Texas. For 2016, the festival is celebrating its 32nd year in business. Children 12 and under are free to enter, whereas adults pay $5 for tickets or $4 is they bought their ticket in advance from the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce Office. The peach festival opens at 8 AM on the 9th and ends at 5 PM; however, if you’re taking place in the Peach Pedal Bike Ride, the activities begin as early as 7:30. The event offers free remote parking with a free shuttle that runs to the lots. Festival guests may take the shuttle to the festival to avoid busy crowds close to the grounds. A list of vendors will be available on the official website closer to the date, while the live entertainment, including a children’s stage, will span three stages throughout the festival. All of us Ewing Buick GMC will make it out from Plano, TX. See you there!
