Buick Receives Kelley Blue Book 2015 Brand Image Award

For Buick, the customer always comes first—and it shows. The American carmaker recently received the Kelley Blue Book 2015 Brand Image Award, a prestigious accolade that recognizes Buick for its appealing vehicle lineup and top-notch customer service. This is the third year in a row that KBB.com has awarded Buick the Best Value Luxury brand, showing the carmaker is one of the best in the industry.

“Earning this recognition three consecutive years indicates that we’re shifting consumer perception,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of Buick. “Consumers now understand that great products and service is what to expect from Buick.”

Kelley Blue Book based these awards on a survey completed by more than 12,000 in-market new-vehicle shoppers. The survey, which is completely annually by the prestigious website, examines each brand’s customer service and overall brand representation. Buick has recently made an effort to improve its customers’ purchasing experiences and its vehicle lineup, allowing the American carmaker to also be recognized for its dependability and value-oriented prices.
