April was a great month for the Buick brand and Ewing Buick GMC was proud to contribute. The brand as a whole had an 8% increase in retail sales year over year and a 12% increase in total sales through the month. This was the best April experienced by the brand since 2005 and the best overall month since 2006.
The 2014 Buick Encore, Buicks compact SUV, lead the way for the brand as it posted a 33% increase in retail sales and 48% year over year growth. The Regal had its seventh consecutive month of growth with and 11% increase. The LaCrosse also had a very strong month by increasing retail sales by 12%.
Buick recently won an award at the Automotive Advertising Awards for the commercial “Landing” and was also awarded the highest-ranking mass-market brand for customer satisfaction by J.D. Power in their U.S. Customer Service Index Study™ (CSI).
